Reverend Charles Plauché is the senior pastor of the Haven House Mission Church. Charles and his wife Tara have dedicated their lives to sharing the message of Christ and making disciples of those they help. Reverend Plauché is strongly committed to creating a caring environment for alcoholism & addiction recovery and has long been a positive force in the field. The idea for Haven House Mission Church, in fact, stems from his deep belief and personal experience that recovery from alcoholism & chemical dependency is possible.

Tom, talented songwriter and lead guitarist, is the Praise and Worship Leader at the Haven House Mission Church. He came to Destin in July of 2000, but Tom is no stranger to music ministry. He has had several Christian Albums produced over the past few decades and had 2 # 1 hits. He places a special emphasis on praising and worshiping God as one body. He sees the importance in bringing our best to the Lord.
